WHO IS THE REAL ME?
By Olakunle Soriyan

Below is the CONTENT of my LAST THOUGHTS before I went to BED last night: REPUTATION MANAGEMENT and LEGACY-BUILDING DYNAMICS demands that CAPACITY must be REAL and TRUE. Somehow, the HUMAN SOUL has a WEIRD, SELF-DECEPTIVE COMPONENT that ALLOWS the MIND to BELIEVE his or her OWN SCRIPTS as TRUE, in a way that accepts the LIE that FALSE CAPACITY can be BRANDED, MANAGED and PRESENTED as TRUE. Yet, SIMPLY because EVERYTHING NEGATIVE has a LIFE-SPAN in the LONG-RUN, the TRUE CONTENTS of the FAKING PARTY will EVENTUALLY be EXPOSED, and the WEAK CAPACITY will be OPEN to ALL. The WAY to go is to DO the DEEDS, RESIST the TEMPTATION to EMPLOY “MAKE-BELIEVE” in the COMMUNICATION of your TRUE STRENGTH, REFUSE to ALLOW ANYONE DEFINE you or TASK you based on an UNTRUE ASSESSMENT of your CAPACITY particularly in DESTINY SENSITIVE SITUATIONS like PUBLIC OFFICE, CORPORATE APPOINTMENT or DATING unto MARRIAGE.

WHAT PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU can give them the ASSESSMENT that LEADS to your NEW ROOM or DOOM. The WISE and HUMBLE SOUL must accept the idea that WHO you ARE is WHO you ARE, no matter who thinks otherwise. You will be BETTER TOMORROW, but WHAT you DO NOW is WHAT you CAN TRULY DO today, even when NO ONE KNOWS. Trust me, this is what will LAST and PASS the TEST of TIME: Be YOURSELF…there is ALREADY a DEFINED PATHWAY to your GREATNESS based on WHO YOU TRULY ARE. STAY TRUE to that PATH; it’s ONLY a matter of TIME before your BEST REWARDS ARRIVE. FAKING IT TODAY to get TODAY’s ATTENTION is nothing but IGNORANCE and SHORT-SIGHTEDNESS. TRUTH is TRUE no matter who thinks otherwise.

ONE MAJOR WAY OF BEING RESPONSIVE TO YOUR ABILITY

By PRAISE AKOBO It's possible you may or may not have thought of 'responsibility' as a 'response to ability'. So, let's roll. .. .. .. Have you checked, how that, when you were given a task, be it in school, church, office, firm or even that which you gave yourself? Did you see that, somehow, you felt lackadaisical at first but decided to take the bull by its horn? Now, the ability to do that was resident within, but came alive when you chose to act, this is why you hear words like UNTIL YOU GET STARTED, YOU CAN NOT START. .. .. .. I discovered that I understood something's about myself when I was given a responsibility in an N.G.O and accepted it. Just like you, I hesitated but until today, that has been a major factor in my growth. My NETWORK grew as well my NET WORTH. Lets say for instance, you are asked to be part of an Editorial Committee, you finally accepted, then along the line, you discovered ...
4O STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESSFUL LEADING (Series One) By OlaPurpose James Asu  I will briefly share on things you need to know in order to succeed as a leader. I shared ten of them yesterday on twitter @PurposeIcon. Today evening by 7pm I will be sharing 15 strategies and the remaining 15 on Saturday morning by 1 1 am . I caught the inspiration of this piece when I was on my way to the office, it came to me when I got to Adeniran Ogunsanya in Surulere :   1. To lead others successfully, you must first lead yourself successfully. 2. To lead a corporation, organization or nation successfully, you must first lead yourself successfully. 3. To lead successfully you must be a man of your word. Your word must be your bond. Fidelity and integrity must be given top priority. 4. To lead successfully, you must love everyone you’re leading and avoid hating anyone. 5. To lead successfully you must be joyful and hopeful at all times regardless ...
I FEEL FLY WHENEVER I SEE MY DESIGN OUTSIDE THE REACH OF AFRICA. “When he left ehnnn, my people, I cried, cried, cried and cried. And to make it worst, am to resume everyday in my school uniform as the uniform for the fashion designing......that Man ehnnn!” Really I do not know where to start from but let me start with a story I will always tell my kids and grandchildren. Growing up was not too easy for me because I was stubborn and I had a disciplinarian and a strict man as a father. He will always force me to study at night before sleeping and in the morning before going to school, but me, ehnnn, I don't like this thing they call book. NAH! NAH! But one thing I can do WELL is SKETCHING, sewing dresses for dolls and anything handy and outside reading but not reading even story books makes me sleep. So it happen that one day after end of second term in JSS 3, I was given my report card and it was written 'advice to go to commercial class' instead of S...
