I will be sharing the remaining strategies for successful leading with you. 

26. To lead successfully you must be very hardworking and don’t be lazy.
27. To lead successfully you must be a goal-setter and goal-getter. Don’t be a wishy-washy leader.
28. To lead successfully you must be a light that give light to others. Don’t try to outshine them or quench their light, so that yours only can shine and keep shining.
29. To lead successfully you must be an exemplary leader.
30. To lead successfully you must be poised and determined to make impact not just to make money.
31. To lead successfully you must see ahead, think ahead, and plan ahead. Make sure avoid procrastination at all cost and you take action when necessary.
32. To lead successfully you must read voraciously.
33. To lead successfully you must invest your time and money on leadership development event. Self development is one of the greatest investments.
34. To lead successfully you must avoid seeing yourself as a positional leader but rather a transformational leader.
35. To lead successfully you must strive to lead people by influence not by force. Doing the latter as a leader is like raping the people you’re supposed to be leading.
36. To lead successful you must strive to help people you’re leading to discover their true potential and unravel their real self.
37. To lead successfully you must strive to live life of legacy. Allow the atmosphere of democracy and avoid atmosphere of autocracy.
38. To lead successful you must have succession plan, have this in mind that you’re not going to lead forever.
39. To lead successfully you must endeavor to appreciate people by creating a platform to reward their good works or whenever you achieved a common cause.
40. To lead successfully you must respect everyone and don't talk down on anyone. Instil same into them.

FILL YOUR OWN MOULD By Emeka Nobis I had boasted to Ikenna and my classmates that I could play the number five position in football. That was borne out of envy because Ikenna's football skills were hailed. I decided to tame his mouth. That was in 1992, my second year of secondary school at Marist Comprehensive Academy, Okigwe. I became the last substitution in the fifth minute of the second half of a match our school played with a neighbouring school. That meant I couldn't be replaced anymore. It was absolute tomfoolery.
