7 KEYS TO BECOMING A GLOBAL CHANGER
By Mr. Gbenga Ademujimi
(Founding President of KingsHill School of Discovery (The Coaching Academy)

Global Changers don’t chase money. Global changers don’t look for money. Global changers don’t look after cars; they don’t go for private jets. Read my lips, Global Changers don’t go after private jets. So stop this deception by following wrong model in the society. Many of you the former Choir master who has turned himself to Kokomaster is your role model. Many lives have been destroyed because of the television. Many guys have been initiated into illuminati because of fame and fortune. And many of you, you don’t have any other job except Africa-magic.

You don’t know global changers by the clothe they wear. It is not about the hair on their head. The hair many women put on their head is expensive than their brains. Life is not by Mongolian or Brazilian weavon. You’re earning hundred thousand naira and buying weavon of seventy thousand naira. Materialism has taken over Nigeria. The reason many people are in need is because they don’t know what they need.

Most of the thing you’re chasing is a want. Everywhere buy, buy, and buy. Everywhere sell, sell, and sell. No nation thrives on consumption. Nigeria don’t produce we only consume. What are you thinking of producing? What are you thinking of manufacturing? Nigerians, pray from now till tomorrow nothing will change until we change our minds. Common toothpick we are importing in Nigeria. Nigeria is the largest producer of cassava we are importing starch. Malaysia came to Nigeria in 1979 when ObJ was head of state. In 1999 twenty years later when OBJ came back as president twenty  years after, Malaysia became the largest supplier and producer of palm oil in the world and now we are going to Malaysia to import palm oil. Malaysia is on their way to using palm oil in driving their cars. It’s a shame that we are here talking about this. The same thing with Brazil and Singapore. Can I shock you? Where was the first television station in Africa? First television station in Africa is in Ibadan. India had television station ten years after we got television. China sent their delegates to come and learn the rudiments and principles and operations of global network for television. If you want to become a global changer you must apply the following keys:

The first is PURPOSE: What is Purpose? The original intention of creation. The microphone will never serve as a speaker. Your wrist watch will never serve as a wall clock. The pen will never serve as a tin cutter. No matter how good your refrigerator is, it will never serve as an air-conditioner. When purpose is not discovered, abuse is inevitable. Nobody is created to determine his or her purpose; you’re only created to discover it.

The second is DIRECTION: A man without direction is a man without a destination. Where are you going in life?

The third is DECISION: the decision you make today determines the dividend you get tomorrow. Many of you, you can’t decide. When Folake call you, let’s go to club, you follow her. And Funmi call, let’s go to church, you follow her. You can’t decide on your own.

The fourth is DETERMINATION: Great works are performed not by strength but by determination.

The fifth is DISCIPLINE: Michael Jordan discipline himself always by throwing the ball into the basket one thousand times a day per 40meters. Little wonder he was the best basketball player in whole universe today.

Seesth thou a man diligent in his business, he shall stand before Obama not before Agbero.

The sixth is DEDICATION: Dedication involves allowing young ideas to grow in the space of time. Every tree was once a fruit and every successful business were once an idea.

The seventh is DESTINATION: I can’t change the direction of the winds but I can change, I can adjust my sail to always reach my destination. You can’t change your destination overnight but you can change your decision overnight.
The greatest time to a plant maize is twenty years ago, the best time to plant is now.

BE FRIENDLY BUT CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS

In life, we will always need people. God did not create us to be in isolation. I guess that explains why Eve came into existence after the creation of Adam. . . . . As social being, we have an innate desire to connect with people, to experience dynamic relationship with one another. This need is as fundamental as our need for food and water. . . . . . So, my friend, drop that claim that you don't need anybody in life because you do. There is a symbiotic relationship between you and the society in which you live. . . . . . You know what? Solitary can be a terrible thing for human. Hence, everybody needs someone. Truth is, friendship adds to the fullness of life. . . . . . Hence, if you desire to become successful in life you will need people. No greater achievement was ever done by a single individual. You need people to be able to fulfill your vision. . . . . . However... . . . . . You need to be careful of the kind of people you associate w...
