STOP RUNNING ANOTHER MAN’S RACE!
“If you die undiscovered without fulfilling God’s plans for your life you are a wasteland. If this world does not benefit from your talents or if you seek QUALIFICATION (Your certificates and skills) instead of CALLINGFICATION (Your purpose for which you were created) then you are adding to the wealth of the graveyard. You are only a sign where you are sent but a disgrace, concern and nuisance outside your assignment (calling).”

The greatest discovery is the discovery of self in life. From UNESCO statistics, only 5% of the people on the surface of the earth had actually discovered their purpose and 95% barely exist.

Who am I? This is the greatest question anybody can ask and find answer to on earth. No one lives on earth without an identity. Jesus knew who He was; no wonder he changed the course of humanity within three and half years. And the Bible says, greater than he did shall we do.

Bill Gates discovered self very early. As a student of Harvard, studying in order to proceed and take up the family legacy of law, he discovered purpose one day after sometime of self discovery process and decided to drop out of school! No surprise! He has been the richest man in the world for over a decade.
He left Harvard, the educational institution, and people thought he was a failure but years after, his Microsoft Company became bigger than the institution he left.

Paul the apostle, was a doctor of the law, and was killing Christians until he met with Christ and discovered purpose. Hence, became the greatest of all apostles.
The greatest conquest in life is the conquering of self, the greatest enemy of you is you not the devil. The world richest are getting poorer especially now; refuse to become another wasteland of the world.

The richest place on earth is the graveyard because it is full of undiscovered greatness and riches. If you die undiscovered without fulfilling God’s plans for your life you are a wasteland. If this world does not benefit from your talents or if you seek QUALIFICATION (Your certificates and skills) instead of CALLINGFICATION (Your purpose for which you were created) then you are adding to the wealth of the graveyard. You are only a sign where you are sent but a disgrace, concern and nuisance outside your assignment (calling).

No product determines its purpose in the market but the manufacturer does. Therefore, it is important to ask your manufacturer (God) why you are manufactured. Don’t you know that millions of people are not doing what God created them to do? Yes, millions are doing what they see others doing or what the pressures of life have forced them to do. However, don’t forget that at the end of your life, you will only be rewarded for what you were called (created) to do. It is what you are designed for that determines what you are assigned to do. Let your life make the graveyards poorer, refuse to be wasted.

Therefore, your creator wants you to resist any plan to move you away from your divine assignment on Earth.

4O STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESSFUL LEADING (Series One) By OlaPurpose James Asu  I will briefly share on things you need to know in order to succeed as a leader. I shared ten of them yesterday on twitter @PurposeIcon. Today evening by 7pm I will be sharing 15 strategies and the remaining 15 on Saturday morning by 1 1 am . I caught the inspiration of this piece when I was on my way to the office, it came to me when I got to Adeniran Ogunsanya in Surulere :   1. To lead others successfully, you must first lead yourself successfully. 2. To lead a corporation, organization or nation successfully, you must first lead yourself successfully. 3. To lead successfully you must be a man of your word. Your word must be your bond. Fidelity and integrity must be given top priority. 4. To lead successfully, you must love everyone you’re leading and avoid hating anyone. 5. To lead successfully you must be joyful and hopeful at all times regardless ...

ONE MAJOR WAY OF BEING RESPONSIVE TO YOUR ABILITY

By PRAISE AKOBO It's possible you may or may not have thought of 'responsibility' as a 'response to ability'. So, let's roll. .. .. .. Have you checked, how that, when you were given a task, be it in school, church, office, firm or even that which you gave yourself? Did you see that, somehow, you felt lackadaisical at first but decided to take the bull by its horn? Now, the ability to do that was resident within, but came alive when you chose to act, this is why you hear words like UNTIL YOU GET STARTED, YOU CAN NOT START. .. .. .. I discovered that I understood something's about myself when I was given a responsibility in an N.G.O and accepted it. Just like you, I hesitated but until today, that has been a major factor in my growth. My NETWORK grew as well my NET WORTH. Lets say for instance, you are asked to be part of an Editorial Committee, you finally accepted, then along the line, you discovered ...
FILL YOUR OWN MOULD By Emeka Nobis I had boasted to Ikenna and my classmates that I could play the number five position in football. That was borne out of envy because Ikenna's football skills were hailed. I decided to tame his mouth. That was in 1992, my second year of secondary school at Marist Comprehensive Academy, Okigwe. I became the last substitution in the fifth minute of the second half of a match our school played with a neighbouring school. That meant I couldn't be replaced anymore. It was absolute tomfoolery. I ran around the pitch in a pattern similar to pollen grains in water. I couldn't even trap the ball, mostly letting it pass through the hollow of my legs to the opponents. I was playing what was called "Shorting one" in our local parlance. Football wasn't just my forte. For me, it was eating the desert before the entrée in a four-course meal.  But it was different when I handled a pen and a sheet of paper. I could write e...
