FUTURE BEFORE FUTURE PARTNER
By Matthew Adedoyin

“Until you have a future, you do not need a future partner.”

One of the words we use the most in this generation is LOVE but unfortunately, the meaning has been misconstrued. We either don't understand it or we deliberately manipulate the definition because of our lustful desires.

Let me first of all say, until you have a future, you do not need a future partner. Why? Until you know where you are going, you can't just drag anyone along.

Before Adam's need for companion, he has been told his purpose in the garden and he was diligently fulfilling it. It was in the cause of fulfilling purpose that the need for help-meet arose. Or how can you call for help or assistance when you are doing nothing?

Fulfilling purpose helped Adam a lot. When God discovered Adam needed help, He brought all living things to see what he (Adam) would call them. And Adam named all living creature and there was none suitable for him. In my opinion, if Adam had not known his purpose, he might have named any of those creature a "woman" to help him in his fulfillment of purpose. But because non fit in to Adam's future, non made it to his partner.

Do you have a future? Have you found purpose? Do you know where you are going? Have you discovered your reason for being here?

Until these questions are critically analyzed, stop looking for a future partner but rather get a FUTURE.

Good Morning Your Excellency!

To be continued.

Stay Purified!

4O STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESSFUL LEADING (Series One) By OlaPurpose James Asu  I will briefly share on things you need to know in order to succeed as a leader. I shared ten of them yesterday on twitter @PurposeIcon. Today evening by 7pm I will be sharing 15 strategies and the remaining 15 on Saturday morning by 1 1 am . I caught the inspiration of this piece when I was on my way to the office, it came to me when I got to Adeniran Ogunsanya in Surulere :   1. To lead others successfully, you must first lead yourself successfully. 2. To lead a corporation, organization or nation successfully, you must first lead yourself successfully. 3. To lead successfully you must be a man of your word. Your word must be your bond. Fidelity and integrity must be given top priority. 4. To lead successfully, you must love everyone you’re leading and avoid hating anyone. 5. To lead successfully you must be joyful and hopeful at all times regardless ...
FILL YOUR OWN MOULD By Emeka Nobis I had boasted to Ikenna and my classmates that I could play the number five position in football. That was borne out of envy because Ikenna's football skills were hailed. I decided to tame his mouth. That was in 1992, my second year of secondary school at Marist Comprehensive Academy, Okigwe. I became the last substitution in the fifth minute of the second half of a match our school played with a neighbouring school. That meant I couldn't be replaced anymore. It was absolute tomfoolery. I ran around the pitch in a pattern similar to pollen grains in water. I couldn't even trap the ball, mostly letting it pass through the hollow of my legs to the opponents. I was playing what was called "Shorting one" in our local parlance. Football wasn't just my forte. For me, it was eating the desert before the entrée in a four-course meal.  But it was different when I handled a pen and a sheet of paper. I could write e...
DO YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE ENDLESS BLISS AND FIND LASTING FULFILMENT?  Every individual born into this world is endowed with at least a gift, with which to achieve greatness in life. It is a great pity that so many people have not yet discovered or maximised their gifts- their source of wealth, impact and influence. And unless they discover their gifts, they can't rule their world. Discover your gift(s) and rule your world. Your gift is your source of wealth. Unravel it early while you still have breath because it is your primary source of influence and affluence in life. Creativity is an asset entrusted to you as a special gift to benefit humanity with. If truly you are genuinely created in the image and likeness of God that automatically gives you the assurance of possessing creative and innovative power both to invent and to discover new and profound ways of doing things.  On this note we all @ SCHOOL OF PURPOSE DISCOVERY INTERNATIONAL have brought the FABULOUS ...
